my email log in id has been hacked, is my account safe if I linked it with my master nc account and it has a different email?

If your personal email has been hacked, then you should change the password on it immediately. Your master account holder should be protected as you said it uses a different email. If you cannot login to guild wars, immediately reset your password through you master account to that email and report it to guild wars support. They will not undo any damage caused by the hacker however.
